Acceptable Use Policy

OpX is provided for the lawful operation of improvement programmes inside organisations that have agreed to our terms.

You must not upload, store, or transmit content that:

• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains malware, exploits, or attempts to compromise the platform.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or hateful.
• Constitutes regulated personal data outside the agreed scope (e.g. patient records, payment card data) without prior approval.

You must not attempt to bypass authentication, scan, probe, or test the service for vulnerabilities except via our responsible disclosure programme.

Report suspected violations to abuse@opx.io or security@opx.io.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.
