OpX and the underlying platform are owned by OpX Software Limited. You retain rights to data you submit. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the service per these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Direct liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

You may stop using OpX at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach with notice where reasonable.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
