What you get
A real OpX OS environment, not a demo sandbox.
- Production OpX OS tenancy on AWS eu-west-2 (London). Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- Configurable user mix across Pro / Plus / Frontline classes. Sample shape: 12 Pro + 5 Plus + 5 Frontline = 22 Authorised Users.
- SSO via WorkOS — SAML 2.0 / OIDC. Okta and Azure AD compatible.
- All 8 OpX OS modules: Idea Hopper, Project Execution Hub, Performance Dashboards, SOP Repository, Integrated LMS, Maturity Assessments, Capability Footprint, AI Coach.
- AI features under no-training terms — your data stays your data.
- Administrator onboarding cadence every three Business Days until competency.
- Direct supplier support, Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 UK.
- Service level aligned to MSA Schedule 4.
What's not included

The pilot is the platform — not custom build, not bespoke services. Anything below is available under separate engagement, but isn't part of the £5,000 pilot fee.

Success criteria
What 'success' means at month 3.
Default success criteria:
- aOnboarding of authorised users within four weeks of activation.
- bProduction use across at least three OpX OS modules during the pilot period.
- cSuccessful delivery of the agreed training cadence.
- dAchievement of the platform availability commitment.
Custom success criteria available — agreed in writing before pilot start.
What happens next
Month 3, three options.
Convert
Transition to ongoing licensing under the MSA. The £5,000 pilot fee is credited against your Year 1 invoice.
Extend
Need longer to evaluate? Extend the pilot in 1-month increments under the same terms.
Walk away
Pilot ends. Data export provided on request. No vendor lock-in beyond the pilot period.
