Plus seats follow the same six-band curve at a lower rate (Founding Cohort: £30 → £9/seat/mo across the bands). OpX Foundations is priced independently on the same structure. Full rate cards for both products and both classes are shared during the pilot or on request.
Frontline access on OpX OS is included — no per-seat charge. The platform only works when everyone can see what's happening; we don't gate that behind seat economics.

We show both rates openly because the Founding Cohort discount is real and deliberate: early customers shape the product and carry more risk, and the Year 1 rate reflects that. You should be able to see exactly what renewal looks like before you sign.
FOUNDATIONS · FRONTLINE LEARNERS
One-off learning access, priced per learner.
Separate from the Frontline access included on OpX OS. Foundations Frontline is a one-off SKU — £120 per learner, awareness-level, a single short-form learning journey, valid for up to 6 months, no assessment or certification. Volume above 1,000 learners is priced by addendum.

How is OpX billed?
Self-serve: Stripe, monthly or annual, GBP ex VAT, cancel anytime — no notice period. Enterprise: 24-month initial term, billed yearly in advance, GBP ex VAT, Net 30. Auto-renews annually; 60 days' written notice to terminate at renewal.
How does volume tiering work?
Your band is set by total Pro count for each product. Add Pro seats mid-term and cross a band, and the lower per-seat rate applies to all seats from the next billing cycle. Seat reductions take effect at renewal.
What's the Founding Cohort rate?
Year 1 customers lock in Founding Cohort rates for 12 months. At first renewal, all seats move to Standard rates (shown in the table above). Founding Cohort isn't reapplied to seats added in Year 2 onwards.
Are the products bundled?
No — OpX OS and OpX Foundations are priced independently. Buy either or both. Most customers start with OpX OS and add Foundations as the capability programme matures.
What about Frontline users on OpX OS?
Included at no per-seat charge. (Foundations Frontline is a separate one-off SKU — see above.)
Can we cancel?
