The LCS is the most widely recognised Continuous Improvement accreditation in the UK, governed by the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff Business School. Every Academy credential is independently recognised and travels with the practitioner.

ACADEMY IN OS

Academy lives inside OS as the Foundations face.

When learning is attached to the project, capability sticks. Foundations is the operational expression of the Academy curriculum — modules pair with live improvement work, capability is observed alongside delivery, credentials follow the practitioner.
